• Listing content: your venue name, address, hours, happy hour details, events, photos, and any other information you add to your listing.
• Usage information: basic records of how you use the business portal, such as when you update your listing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the business directory, including displaying your listing to guests.
• Manage your business portal account and authenticate your access.
• Communicate with you about your listing, updates, and support requests.
• Improve Spotd for Business and develop new features.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data

Spotd does not sell your personal information to third parties. Your listing content (venue name, hours, events, photos) is displayed publicly as part of the directory — that is the purpose of the service. We do not sell your account information.
