About Above Ash Social
A 16th-floor rooftop bar on the Carte Hotel in the Columbia corridor, with fire pits and lounge chairs and panoramic bay views. The daily happy hour is a rare deal at this altitude, and the crowd skews toward locals rather than convention-center tourists.
