The Butterfly Bar is the outdoor garden bar of The VORTEX, Austin's beloved nonprofit live theatre, where string lights and a century-old bar anchor a sprawling yard with communal picnic tables and a nationally certified butterfly garden. The bar pours craft cocktails, beer, wine, and mocktails, and the adjacent black box theatre stages performances most Thursday through Sunday evenings.
