Swedish Hill South First

Swedish Hill's Bouldin Creek outpost occupies a former auto shop at the corner of South First and West Annie, pairing an all-day bakery menu of flaky croissants, house-made breads, rotisserie chicken, and made-to-order sandwiches with a full wine bar. The sprawling space features a shared Heath Ceramics showroom and a shaded patio where you can order beer, wine, or cocktails alongside the pastry counter. It opened in May 2025 as the brand's fourth Austin location and quickly became a neighborhood anchor for everything from morning coffee to an evening glass of wine.
