Users can report inappropriate content or users. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
Happy hour times, deals, and event information are provided for convenience and may not always be current. Always verify directly with the venue.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Spotd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of venue information or user-generated content.
Spotd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
